1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates.
We deliver to all seven emirates:
•  Abu Dhabi
•  Dubai
•  Sharjah
•  Ajman
•  Umm Al Quwain
•  Ras Al Khaimah
•  Fujairah
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
•  All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Sunday to Thursday).
•  Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on the next business day (Sunday).
•  You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
3. Delivery Time (1 to 3 Days)
We offer fast local delivery across the UAE.
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 days from the date your order is placed and confirmed.
•  Major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): Usually 1–2 days
•  Other emirates and areas: Usually 2–3 days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to high demand, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We partner with reliable local express couriers (such as Aramex and other trusted partners) to ensure fast and secure delivery.
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use trusted local express courier services that support Cash on Delivery (COD) and real-time tracking.
All orders include full tracking from dispatch until delivery.
